Hidden in the beautiful rural countryside of North Buckinghamshire, DELAY+HAUS recording and writing studio near Milton Keynes, is less than an hour away from Central London.

The studio was created in 2022 by Producer/Engineer Luke Aziz; a recording and live engineer with nearly 20 years in the industry, working out of the famous Hospital Club in Covent Garden for much of this time, working with hundreds of artists and crafting his approach to making music with all the energy and excitement of a live show, but with the refinement of a crafted studio record.

The studio boasts a large performance area with lots of natural light & options to change the acoustic characteristics thorough live/dead gobos and a fully isolated control room boasting a 32 channel Solid State Logic Origin console, racks of boutique studio outboard and a wealth of vintage effects units. On top of this, DELAY+HAUS features the unique KLANG headphone system, a collection of classic analog synthesisers & a selection of the finest backline instruments. The studio also has a comfortable lounge/dining area and full kitchen & bathroom facilities.

Our treated, 30m2 live room with 3m high baffled ceilings has become one of our most attractive selling features, with a vibey interior & unique acoustics, coupled with affordability, a huge selection of instruments & equipment plus the studio’s location, you can see why we have become a popular destination for musicians & bands who want a creative environment and the ability to work without limitations.

Destiny 2: Hero’s Welcome & Journey Through Darkness Trailers

Produced for Bungie in partnership with ICHI Worldwide, Luke Produced & Mixed this track for renowned Rapper/Streamer Uhmaayyze & Streaming Personality Solar Flair to feature in Destiny 2: Hero’s welcome campaign in 2022. Luke went on to produce several scores for Bungie following this including the Journey Through Darkness Trailer score and continues to score regularly for Bungie & various media outlets. including several high profile IPs still in the works.
